Return and Exchange Policy
We really hope you love every Bisu purchase you make!
Each order is hand checked by a member of Team Bisu before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures or videos of the defects within 15 days since you received your items and contact us right away.
How to exchange:
Step 1. Contact our customer care first by clicking here >>.
Step 2. Attach the the pictures of the defect.
Step 3. Include your name and order number in the email.
Step 4. As soon as we receive the email and approve the condition, we will work with you to replace your item or will refund 100% your order as fast as we can.
Warranty Policy for Power bank only
All of Bisu Bisu's Power banks are warranted to be free from defects under normal use for a period of one year from date of your original purchase.
Bisu Bisu will, at its sole option, replace any defective product with the same product for you. Replacement products are warranted against defects from the date of replacement for 90 days or, if longer, for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.
Bisu Bisu's One-Year Limited Warranty for Power bank does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Bisu product, including, but not limited to device damage; product purchased through unauthorized resellers; promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages. You specifically agree that Bisu shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Bisu product.
